About Me

My name is Julie Johnson, and Third Wheel is an artistic effort I’ve established. I’m married and I'm a mother of five, and I’m currently based out of Dallas, Texas. Photography has been a large part of my life for quite a long time, increasingly during my college years. Because my focus has always been portraiture, I got most of my initial business from college students getting engaged. Since I was so often together with couples, I began to joke that I was a “professional third wheel”. The name kind of stuck, and here we are.

I love photography – I always have. Creating and capturing beauty is my passion.
